CDs are delivered to you via UPS courier service.

If you choose standard delivery:

• All orders shipped within the USA and Canada qualify for free shipping. Delivery time depends on the destination and usually takes from 3-5 business days.
• Shipping & handling to destinations in Europe costs approx. $30. UPS defines the delivery time and shipping rates.
• Shipping & handling to other parts of the world costs approx. $50. UPS defines the delivery time and shipping rates.

• For second business day delivery add an additional $15 to the standard delivery rates.
• For overnight delivery add an additional $20 to the standard delivery rates.

The customer is responsible for all local sales taxes and/or customs duties which we collect if and when applicable. The shipping company may also request these payments. Ectaco has neither knowledge of, nor responsibility for, paying local taxes and duties in countries other than the US.

Please note that we are unable to estimate the delivery time or guarantee delivery dates when delivering to P.O. Boxes.

Orders will be shipped the same day only if placed before 2 PM EST and that we are able to provide overnight delivery only on regular business days.

Lingvo does not provide unconditional free updates of subsequent software releases. Software updates are granted in accordance with changes in software as necessary.

New versions of software which incorporate significant changes (when the first two figures in the version number change) are made available to customers either at full or reduced prices, but rarely at less than 50% of the regular retail price.

Minor software changes (when the last figure in the version number changes) are granted at no additional charge.
